Summer!!

Hello everyone!

We are so so sorry about the very late blog but we have very busy with all sorts of things!
Last month we had 2 proms for Woodroft & Axe Valley School, both were fantastic and the students had a great time!
We have had some fantastic weddings, even in the rain they were beautiful!

Our Head Chef Phil has introduced a wonderful new menu which is perfect for these hazy summer days...... a large selection of tapas style dishes, a variety of steaks and plenty of fish dishes..... its scrumptious!
We would recommend you book your table to avoid disapointment. Come and dine alfesco by the lake with the peacocks!

We have fantastic offer on at the moment to entice you to try our new menu.... 5 tapas dishes, a selection of Italian breads, feta cheese, olives and a bottle of wine...only £32 for 2 people!

Our Summer Murder was a huge success, 75 guests enjoyed a 4 course meal and entertainment with local company Murder to Measure, our Halloween Murder Mystery evening is already booking up fast, check out our website for more details!

Christmas party bookings are coming in now, we have a Medieval Banquet & 2 Murder Mystery evenings, watch this space for the Christmas menu.......

We hope everybody had an excellent Easter Weekend, we certainly did here at the Mill! A scrumptious Sunday lunch was enjoyed by all and our Easter display went down a treat! With ducklings splashing around and the trees and flowers re-awakening, the grounds are looking beautiful again, all in time for the brides and grooms to get married in our outdoor gazebo by the lake!

A successful day was had at our open day last Saturday, the sun was shining and the peacocks were strutting proudly around the lake!

We've done it at last!! Our restaurant was given a beautiful makeover at the start of the month, and is now fresh, modern and ready for lots of hungry customers!
Come and sit in the warmth by our authentic water wheel and enjoy a bottle of wine on the house up until March 31st!

Christmas 2011

Hello everybody!

So sorry it has been a while since we last posted! It has been non-stop here with Weddings, Craft fair, Wedding Fayre, Halloween and of course most recently Christmas!
We are going to be shut from Christmas Eve until the 10th of January for some very exciting refurbishments.... (watch this space!)
